Warranty Policy

Warranty Services is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of new product purchase(unless additional warranty protection is Purchased on specific equipment). Customer will need to report if they received damaged boxes/products within 3 days. Aim Up´s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product. This is done at Aim Up's sole discretion. Warranty returns and replacements are only covered in USA. Damage resulting from use, misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Aim Up assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. When servicing your warranty request, Aim Up may require you to furnish proof of purchase details. This warranty is non-transferable, it applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty only applies to new products purchased directly from Aim Up; purchases from non-authorized resellers or other vendors are not covered. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
